How do I request a ride?

Click on the “Book a Ride” button, and enter the requested information. This includes your pickup address, your email and mobile phone number, airline, flight number, and other important info.

When your booking request has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of the request, and we will assign a driver to you. The assigned driver will contact you via text to confirm the ride.

When should I book a ride?

The earlier the better! Days fill up fast!

Holiday travel books weeks in advance so please book as soon as your flight plans are established.

We do our best to accommodate last minute bookings! Bear in mind we are not an on-demand ride sharing service so in general please allow at least a day’s notice in order to schedule rides with our team of drivers.

How much does it cost?

Airport rides: generally, $80 between the hours of 8am to 8pm, and $85 later and early morning. There may be a small surcharge for more distant locations. Marti will provide a price quote after you book a ride request.

Other destinations: pricing depends on time and distance. Please book a ride request and Marti will reply with a price quote!

How many passengers can travel?

We will assign a driver who has a vehicle appropriate for the number of passengers and bags. Most vehicles can carry four passengers with luggage. Some can accommodate 6 without luggage for events.

What times are available for airport service?

We pick up passengers as early as 230am for early departures and pick up arriving travelers as late as midnight (or even later!)

Drivers track your flight to keep abreast of early or late arrivals.

I need to be picked up from airport. What pickup time should I enter on the booking form?

Enter the scheduled arrival time for your flight.

For the Austin airport, after you’ve collected your bags and are outside, text your driver the BIG BLUE LETTER on the curbside column nearest you.

Your driver will be waiting for you in the cell phone lot and will be there in a few minutes to pick you up.

Tip: the columns marked K or L are usually less crowded and make for easier loading.

Also, during peak periods, it can be faster/easier to pick you up at departures.

I need a ride to the airport. What pickup time should I enter on the booking form?

For a stress-free ride, we recommend scheduling pickup at least three hours prior to your flight departure time.

The travel time from Wimberley to Austin ABIA or San Antonio (SAT) is rarely less than an hour, depending on the time of day. Traffic, weather, road construction, and accidents can greatly increase this.

Our drivers do their best to avoid delays by taking alternative routes, but not all delays are avoidable. So, to be safe please allow at least 1 hour 15 minutes travel time from Wimberley Square to either Austin or San Antonio airports, and additional time depending on your pickup location.

What times are available for other rides?

We will do our best to find a driver who can accommodate your requested pickup and return times!

What kind of payment do you accept?

Cash is preferred! We also accept Venmo and credit cards. Note that credit cards incur a small service fee. Payment can be made in advance with your driver, or at the time of service.

Note: drivers do not carry cash and therefore cannot make change.

Can I get an invoice or payment receipt?

Yes! If you will need a receipt for expense purposes make sure to request a copy from your driver.

How can I reschedule or cancel a ride?

Rides can be rescheduled or cancelled on this site using the link provided with your reservation confirmation, if your ride is more than 24 hours in the future. If your change is less than 24 hours, please text your driver or text Marti directly (512-618-1342.)

What about tips?

We pride ourselves in providing professional service, and our drivers appreciate tips commensurate with that service. 🙂
